What is the typical RSU refresh for Staff SWE at Intuit. The recruiter could not give me a clear answer. Talking about budget and performance, but no numbers.
Any chance you can share the offer details (ballpark)?
Kind of in the top 10% staff category
Typical refresh is $15-60K over 4 years. $120-150K or more for top performers not unheard of.

Goog Employees Arrested
It’s not as good as google. They’ve even changed the vesting cycle to 4 years instead of 3 starting this year and there’s a smaller pool to go around. Performance is relative and is highly dependent on the team. They give you worser ratings to justify the low annual RSU refresh. Intuit is not what it was 2 years ago. Don’t jump ship unless you absolutely have to.
Thank you for heads up. Looks like I am going to decline. I only considered Intuit because they bumped up my level and promised good wlb. It's strange that my offer still says vesting of the initial grant in 3 years.
The new stock vesting schedule starts on July 26
