Refreshers at Okta?
Recently started the process at Okta. Was wondering what the stock refreshers look like annually? Can anyone provide ranges? Probably going for senior swe band. I ask because I know the bands at fb and google, but wanted to compare with Okta. Thanks!

Recruiters at most companies don’t communicate refresh ranges because it’s based on performance and the ranges often change YoY
Range is 50-70k worth of grant for 4 years
Is that for senior level? Do you know the range for staff/principal?

Range 25-35k for 4 years. Pay hike 1-2%. Never got an annual bonus.
