Reject from Asana :-(

I got a reject from Asana after 9 days. I last interviewed with Director for 1hour (behavioral). I had waited for next steps for about more than a week. Only after letting them know that I have an offer, they sent me a reject. Did this happen to anyone?

PS: my phone screen was already finished prior to talking to Director

    That sucks. But hey on the bright side you have an offer. I guess never show all your hands too early. The less you give them before the offer the more leverage you have?
