Hey, I'm currently in an H1B process with a new company, and I have completed their I-9 section 1, but haven't started section 2 and 3. My start date is still several weeks later, I worked on I-9 a bit early.
1. If I don't want to join the company now, will such case impact my current valid H1B visa status or future green card process?
2. On LCA, my intended start date is several weeks ago (yes, ago, not in the future), will this date cause any other issues?

Without I-9, it would have been simple. Not sure how the I-9 effects your new H1. I know when I-9 is submitted, you activate the new H1.
