I rejected an Amazon offer and was wondering if there is a cool down period. Also wondering if they will “fast track” me if i were to apply to a similar role given that i got an offer previously.
They will fast track you and probably give you priority next time you interview because now they have more positive data points on you. Im pretty sure theres no cool down period as long as there was a legit reason for rejecting offer. Amazon is easy to get in, dont sweat it
You’ll be fine. They are desperate for talent.
TC?
An inclined decision is good for a year. Another manager can do a team fit interview with you and make a new offer for same role/level any time. Ping me if interested in an L6/L7 SDE role with meat.
Is program manager non tech l4?
Don't understand the question.
Man they downlevel. I hate them for that.
If you are coming from a small/unknown company, most big companies will down level you, which is appropriate as you would be working with more talented people
No man I come from a small unknown company called Tesla.
