In last 3 months, I have got rejected in onsites of Google, Uber and Atlassian including couple of others. Preparing for onsite takes a lot of effort and such a long duration of interviews has made me kind of tune out of my current job which is making it super hard.
What should i do to avoid such a low feeling.

PM interviews have one of the highest variances in the industry and lots of nuances. What you’re experiencing is normal. Keep trying and practicing.

Keep your chin up. This is normal and it takes different amounts of practice to hit the stride with interviews for different people. Take some time off from interviewing, focus on work for a bit and try again after a few months

  • Same thing happened to me last year.. my recommendation is to take some vacation and focus back into work, while looking for other opportunities as they come up. I’ve finally left Microsoft and I’m about to start my next role in May.

Me too! Very frustrated in past six months, Cruse, Amazon, Google and couple startups but no good outcome at all, sigh! Going to vacation now and then will focus on current work for a while. Start questioning myself and losing confidence

very true. I am a PM with 15 Yoe. want to leave Oracle. Interviewed with VMware, Box, Nutanix, 2 late stage startups for the past 7 months. Nothing panned out. Decided to give this a break and come back with fresh energy in summer. Problem is the recruiters don't give u honest feedback where the fit isn't. My sense is they were looking for more junior ppl.
