Hello Fellow members, does anyone have any idea or first hand information about H1Transfer rejection in Google and Apple and Deloitte. Is it "Very Frequent", "Negligbly low" or "Moderate"
I think its negligble for goog and apple. Do u have offers from those 3?
@s89 Yes... I do. Wanted to be appraised about the risk exposure levels... based on receipt notice based joining.
Ask your law firm? They would have the data, no?
Don't join Deloitte. Very frequent.
Dex.. are u with Deloitte ? Do know of some recent rejection rates at Deloitte ?
Yeah! Many of my colleagues are getting RFEs. Some denials after RFEs for months. I'm not sure about the transfers though. But yeah, if you have other offers don't come to Deloitte. It's not worth it.
I think lots of people are getting RFE'd but at big tech firms outright rejections are rare. I would assume Deloitte is higher risk for being a consulting firm and therefore in the cross hairs, even though it's not an Indian consulting firm (aka the enemy).
I saw one case of @google on blind where info was missing and it was declined but google allowed to work from India. Rest its all luck these days :|
