This is fairer than the current system. If Software Engineers are clogging up the system, let there be a backlog for that. ROW should support this for the same reasons they oppose s386 🤣

  • Country of birth (not citizenship) cap is in place for cultural diversity.

    Don't confuse the rules for permanent residency (green card) vs. temporary residency (h1b etc).

    I want diversity in green card through quotas for sexual orientation . LGBTQ people each get their separate queues. All straight people will be in one queue. That way, we have a diversity of sexual orientation in new citizens of America. If straight people have a backlog, it is their issue. No one asked straight people to hijack the green card system. It is common knowledge that straight people get more green cards in the current system anyway. Why should the rest of the queues suffer for them ?

    Put caps on age, sex, disability, length of service, sexual preferences on that 7% from each country as well. We don’t just want 7% of population from each country of same type.
