Renegotiate salary with Microsoft

YOE - 9

Couple months back, got job as Tech Manager in Company A and they started collecting documents for H1B transfer. After company A initiated H1B transfer, got Microsoft offer as SDE. Following is the compensation for both companies:

Microsoft
Location - Redmond, WA
Base - 130K
Joining Bonus - 20k
Relocation - 15k
Stocks - 70 (vesting over 4 years)

Company-A
Location - Flexible (Planning to stay in Texas or Florida to avoid state taxes and low expenses)
Base - 125K
Joining Bonus - 10k
Relocation - 0
Stocks - eligible for stocks after 1.5 year (15K per year after 1.5 year)

I have few questions for which I need suggestions:
1. Submitted all the documents for H1B transfer to microsoft and never informed to microsoft about my another offer. Microsoft is filing my H1B transfer next week and asked me for my latest paystubs. But, lastweek received approval for company-A H1B transfer and they want me to join in 2 weeks. Never expected that I will get approval for H1B transfer in regular process in 15 days. How can I Inform Microsoft about my another job offer and should I ask them to hold H1B transfer until I join company-A? Will they agree?
2. Considering the Redmond location expenses, I don't see much difference in salary between Microsoft and Company-A. Is it good Idea to renegotiate salary with Microsoft now again, after accepting offer and just before filing the H1B transfer?
3. My wife is applying for colleges and her location is not yet fixed. Location flexibility is important to me depending on my wife location for next 2 years. Does Microsoft offer location flexibility and long-term WFH if my wife doesn't get any colleges in WA?

I know, it is not ethical to accept two offers and didn't negotiate well, but both offers didn't happen in parallel. Got Microsoft offer after I got offer with Company-A and I was bit stressed during this entire process and couldn't think straight.

Please help with any suggestions and apologies for long post. #MSFT #tech #engineering #software #swe #offer #compensation
