Replies to behavioural question from Managerial/HR

Mathworks gave me my first job out of college. Since I just completed 2 years, I’m looking for a change, largely because of money. Other than that I literally have no other reasons, I love my team, work and wlb.

Now that I’m giving a lot of interviews with different companies, everything’s good till the tech rounds. And then comes these questions:
1. Why do you wanna join this company?
2. Why are you leaving MathWorks?

For the finance based companies, they’re very keen on knowing why would I leave a product based company to join their firm.

I suck at these questions so much that I have been rejected 3 times till now in manager and HR rounds, even when my tech rounds were good enough.
And I can’t seem to figure out what should I say for these questions.

Please help me with this.
