Is your resume ever used last the point of getting a coding screen interview or not? I imagine your in person interviews will review it and use it for conversation. But have you ever seen a hire/no hire decision come back to resume or is it all what happens in the actual in person interviews? This is for new grad positions.

In general, resumes are for the initial recruiter call... some interviewers/managers review resumes but in my experience few actually take even 10 seconds to read it.
Right, so really the only thing determining offer or not is actual interview performance at that point.
