Consultants - When you apply for jobs, do you condense your internal resume into a one-pager? With all the projects, we usually have 3 or more pages mostly atleast in Deloitte. I am applying to a FANG, and not sure whether I should tailor my current resume or shrink it all down to a one-pager?
One page or at max page and a half, a recruiter or a hiring manager has 10s of 100s of resumes to go through. Hardly anyone would beyond the 1st page
1 page.
Combine all the consulting into one job with bullet points for major accomplishments & just namr the companies if you want although you don't have to
Recruiters on average only take 7 seconds to read through your CV. Unless you have publications, competition trophies, or a competitive programming rank achievement. And your FAANG experience, if even after quantifying your achievements in a concise manner still overflows one page, only then it is acceptable generally. Otherwise always keep it to one page.
Go with a one page resume and a second portfolio page with major project highlights.
I go with 3-4 pages and get constant calls from recruiters. Impossible for me to include what I do and my accomplishments in less than 3 pages...
One page. Think of it like Reddit/Twitter news feeds. You ain't gonna pause on wall of text unless the first few sentences are captivating
Thanks for the suggestions guys!

Who is more intelligent Rahul Gandhi or Donald Trump?
Generally you want it to be short. So one page, try to omit stuff from 10+ years ago(ageism). And always, ALWAYS tailor the resume for the position you are applying for.
You have worked for 10+ years. Your degree has little to no value, you have much more valuable projects/experience/impact to put on that one page. If you have a PhD, or masters you can put a title on your name, and that's enough. They can always look you up and find out how old you are. But you want to dazzle them on that one page so that they have interest to look you up, instead of having single glance at your resume and moving on
