Looking for advice on what to do. I got a return offer from a company I interned with. I don’t graduate till May 2021.

They have given me just two weeks to accept offer and I have no competing offer. Offer seems low and location is Denver. Doesn’t seem like a lot of room is available for negotiation. I also need sponsorship so would be stuck with them for a while.
I can do the following
1. Accept offer and if I get better in future, accept the new offer and turn down start up. Possible bad relationships with startup company and people I worked with.
2. Accept offer, keep the good relationship and look for new offer in 3-4 years
3. Decline and keep fingers crossed for better offer after graduation.
It’s a start up and mentioning the name would remove anonymity which is a bad idea considering I’m asking about accepting and turning down an offer. I am also not with Apple.

1. You don’t wanna be with no job in this market so that writes off declining the job.
2. Getting an offer at a big company and starting your career there gives you such a head start. Imagine staying there 2 years if you accept and then switching to google and still being L3 when your peers are L4 already.
