Hi,

I got a RFE for specialty occupation for my H1 transfer. My bachelors was in electrical engineering. I have 8 years of experience in it industry. This all doesn’t make sense since I got no rfe during I 140 but I received rfe when I am transfering job on approved i140 .

1.) what are the chances of approval? Any one here who has had success with this rfe here, please share your experience.
2.) any suggestions for crafting the response.

Almost everyone is getting an RFE these days. It should be approved soon. Relax.

No one here can say as we don't know your specific case, what the RFE asked for and we are neither lawyers or USCIS folks

speciality rfe may not be regarding your experience. It is related to the new job responsibilities. If it is a level1 position, USCIS assumes that this job is not complex enough to hire a bachelors degree holder. Prove that the project is complex by providing additional information and documents. Hope this helps.
