Got offer from luminescent digital with a very good salary, please let me know whether to join or not.

In luminescent digital work is pretty good.
Salary hike is just awesome compare to any service company (TCS, CTS, Infy,IBM, Deloitte)
But only concern is Brand and job security.
Not sure what to do, as in IBM only job security is there, everything else is negative.
