I got a Google offer for L3 (negotiated once with counter offers):
Base: 141k
Cash Bonus: 21k
RSUs: 77k in the first year (214k for 4 yrs)
Total: 239k
My current comp at Bloomberg for Software Engineer position after 2 yrs is:
Base: 172k
Cash Bonus: 31k
Total: 203k
Questions:
1. The recruiter said that I can go for sign-on bonus at the cost of RSUs. Should I go for sign-on bonus?
2. Should I negotiate more? If yes, which part should I stress on?
PS: I have 6+ yrs of industry experience.
