Sysdig management BS's about they are a high pace company on Sales Call. I see everyday people talking complaining about the slack channel about they being here 2 quarters and still no stocks allocated to them. Others on work visas complain about their GC process being delayed. I think the overall company is full of BS and no ethics in management. They talk about building a culture but the true culture is BS'ing. #sysdig
Which department are you in? Sales?
How does it matters, it's a small company :)
I can’t talk to GC issues but the RSUs get allocated fine. No idea why the rant about it. It’s a startup/pre ipo. There are teething issues with some processes but no one is here to rip anyone off. The culture here is great. The leadership is good. Suresh is one of the best I’ve seen. Are there issues? Sure. All companies have them. I’m closer to the sales/cs/product than I am Eng so can’t talk to what things are like in Eng.
This is my 4th start up and the amount of lies this company's management is alarming

Should I leave Amazon for Walmart?
I am interviewing for a role. I am on visa as well. Should I be concerned about GC process delay?
I would not recommend this place. There are far better places than this. Stay away. There is a BS'ing culture and they have hired some leadership people those who are more of a baggage and don't want to put effort in there people
I am planning to leave myself since I don't see any culture here (good or bad)
