Any thoughts ? Since it is a newly acquired product by amazon, I am hoping work should be great and I can move up the ladder comparatively quickly with hard work. I am currently interviewing there. Current profile at Apple. TC - 210k YOE - 4 years. Role - QAE

I spoke with Oracle and I got the news that moving up the ladder will be tough in Amazon because Amazon itself has grown so much unless you are an L4. Are you an L4 or L5?

Don’t go to Ring. Ex AMZ here. Poor WLB . Too much politics. Long hours. If you have family they will not see you like forever
