When I had conversation with their recruiter they wanted to know if I play any video games actively and how passionate I m about it. I never got chance to go further, but looks like they look for candidates who are active gamers.
Make sure you mention how often you sexually harass women at the workplace
You need to be a hard core gamer. Helps if you are male from what I read.
Interviewed with them long time ago. They are super player oriented so try to not think from traditional stand point on behavioral or metrics questions . For ex: if they ask let’s saw we released a feature , how would you determine to keep it or roll it back. Your answer - look at metrics if everything looks good keep it however none of it matters if the players hate it so keep an eye on player feedback
Don't work for game companies, they have the lowest TC and shittiest culture. Reason: supply and demand. all the hyped kids want to work there for any pay at any cost. prepare to compete with a 19 y/o who thinks Farmville is the greatest technology of our generation.

Play the game and reach 30 level, remember their visions. Be prepared for many rounds of interviews. It could take at least several months. I interviewed for localization PM position in 2017, took 4 months to pass three phone interviews and a one day onsite. There is a final round after that but I didn’t go cause hubby found another job in another place.
