Genuine question. I'm not trying to be rude. It seems like the entire industry is like that. Schools play a heavy hand in promoting STEM to males and the languages and arts to females, so it seems like a hard problem to solve from the end of a company after people are already through school.
Why would you want to go from Google to Riot? Surely there are better opportunities open to you.
Games industry sucks
Depends on the manager and coworkers. My team has a toxic tech lead and my manager is protecting him instead of juniors who are being hurt, which really sucks.
