Riot Games offer evaluation

Asking for a friend. Recently, one of my friend has offer from Riot Games for P4 ( Staff Engineer role). Friend has 12+ yoe. Offered TC: €120K + 15% (performance bonus) + 20%(retention bonus) This is for their Dublin office. Is this good? #softwareengineer #tech #software #engineering #swe
