Riot Games on site interview process.
I have an on-site interview coming up for Sr software engineer, front end position at Riot and it's going to be full 5 hour process. Anyone here know what to expect? How many rounds? Do they ask any JavaScript framework related questions? Thank you. TC: 185k, 10Yoe

There are 5 interviews: -2x Behavioral -1x Lunch (which IS evaluated, although not super strictly - mostly just making sure the person is not going to break NDAs or be racist etc.. you'd be surprised..) -1x coding and depth of engineering -1x systems design Best of luck to you! The content more specifically will depend on the team. But that's the rough process.
The coding and design sessions are not too difficult. However the behavior part can be tricky. I got declined for that. Just prioritize customer experience more than internal impact.

5-6 depending on team and hm preferences, some proceed with an executive sponsor interview same day, others defer as a follow up often over video conference. Expect min two tech interviews along with process and behavioral type interviews. Discussion tech topics discussed will vary on team and role.
