Anyone did this? What do we expect?
to actually answer the question, it's a coding test done on hackerrank, kind of like leetcode. if the code passes the minimum bar, someone at riot reviews the code. i think hackerrank is used for interns and fresh college grads. if you pass you will probably have an on campus interview if you wanted practice there are practice questions on hackerrank
The test is solid and fair. Don't do the "minimum possible". Try to be clever/creative. Hiring managers like to see people putting in the extra work. As for the "history of abuse and sexism", it was a few isolated cases years ago and a journalist with a hitlist.
Alright, will keep that in mind! 😁 Also I'd rather believe someone who works there about the culture there. Thanks!

The alleged events were years ago. The walkout was unconnected with those and specifically targeted the forced arbitration clause in employment contracts. The clause has since been removed
I'm also glad you have an agenda to push :)
Dude why not just answer OPs question and make your own thread for this
Heaven forbid a company ever make errors in the gaming industry!? baka_ do you have any idea how easy it is for people in an empowered work environment to make mistakes? Have you ever made a mistake? Once a mistake has been made shouldn't there be consequences? Chaining together mistakes does not mean systematic. If that's what you've got for 10+ years of operating want to call out any of the massive amounts of good things we've done? Or is that against your narrative? I asserted maybe you have good intent above, but I'm beginning to think you are either inexperienced/unreasonably-idealistic or have an axe to grind. Or you're an angry player. If you're an angry player, we love you. Let us know how we can make your experience better. We've got some amazing stuff coming up!

Best LCOL or MCOL city?
Id pick a different gaming company. Riot has a history of abuse and sexism.
Damn, I didn't know that. Guess I'll give it for practice then
There were a few isolated cases and they were taken care of it. Don't believe everything you hear. There isn't a 'history of abuse and sexism'. There's a few bad actors at any large company over the course of time. Riot is literally the best and most tolerant place I've ever worked.
