Interested in implementation or training position in Ed Tech

I am a former classroom teacher that has been working as an educational consultant/trainer for about two years for a small local vendor. I'm looking to move to a larger company where I'm not an island (only one with my position in a sea of sale reps) but can't seem to get past the ATS round when I submit my resume. Any advice?
Even which roles to apply for would be helpful because I'm reading the descriptions but maybe I'm on the wrong category. I would like to help school districts and/universities use the technology for the advancement or safety of the students.
