Anyone works or has worked at Ripple? What’s the work culture like? Most of the recent Glassdoor reviews are very positive, but a couple around March of last year are pretty negative: claim no work life balance, firing people quickly, bad dev processes, etc.. Almost all Blind posts on Ripple are about the cryptocurrency, I wanna know about culture:-)
Rippler here, It always depends on which team you end up, but overall company culture is very positive and transparent. It is difficult to believe how can ppl be so nice at work.
Now there is JP Morgan Coin that will be used between banks transfer. No need for XRP
Says the one who doesn't understand payments. It's a PR stunt, go figure out rest.
Enlighten me what you think I don't understand.
XRP is a scam and illegal unregistered security. Proof of stake is a Ponzi scheme. You can implement XRP on top of a distributed database.
Well, we try to work with regulators across world and none of them have marked us illegal. I would wonder why people go to such hatred comments?

Honestly it probably isn’t a bad move to work for the currency that has banking support. Less likely to go under. But who knows at this point. Also yes, I realize I didn’t answer your question at all lol
No reason for the banks to leave money on the table by not inventing their own currency. Like JP Morgan
