A friend of mine has an interview with Rivian for a Staff Manufacturing Engineer role. Any tips on what topics to prepare for the interview? #rivianautomotive
If she/he's up for a Staff level role.. your friend should be able to know what to prepare for the role. If not, maybe the candidate doesn't have automotive experience? Then they need to look into eBOM -> mBOM , process sheets, time studies, value chain, layout optimizations.. and sound confident about being able to solve anything !
+ Adding to this, know the company very well and the product they will be working on.
Asking for a friend 😂
Is that the new phrasing replacement for “asking for a friend”?
Can you ask your friend on which company is Rivian trying to merge with for the IPO?

I'll prep the "friend" for the interview if he / she tells me what SPAC Rivian will go with 🤪
Haha I used to be in auto industry I will help her or him out too! Just get that goddamn SPAC name! Lol.
Don’t think they are going through a SPAC route ...
I need a friend too
🤣
I just turned down a staff mfg eng offer for Rivian. The travel required is pretty high. 35%. Total comp offer not great. Your friend can DM me
Hey! Would you mind sharing the details of what they offered you? I'm in final talks with them for a Senior role in Manufacturing Engineering.
Are you the friend?
