Infosys has a high attrition rate of 22%. Does this mean that Infosys is a meat grinder, a shitty place to work at?

One developer in a team will have a PM, account manager, delivery manager, qa, Business unit manager, blah blah blah.
The first project I got put on at Verizon was a simple support project that was historically maintained by one person. When I got on, they put me on a team with 5 people, but since the project was only meant to support one dev working on it, I ended up being that dev, while the others just did who knows what. That was a heavenly wlb, I went to the office whenever I felt like it and set my own schedule. This went on for about 8 months.
Then they moved me onto a different project with a more recent tech stack and a different manager and a team that was more involved with the project. I lasted 4 weeks on that team and quit without having another offer lined up. Some really nasty office politics took place to move me from my past project to the new one and the wlb I enjoyed before disappeared completely. Funny thing is if they were just transparent with me, I might’ve actually been ok with the new project as the tech stack was more interesting.
