Hello, I'm trying to get into FAANG company. Can you please review it? Like what needs to be changed and so on...
lgtm
“Placed top 2” is just a deceitful way of saying “2nd place”. Can’t hurt to submit but honestly you will probably need more experience to get a FANG screen. The people at your level in a FANG are picked straight out of elite colleges, or have an American masters degree. Work your way up, you can get there but likely need a bit more experience for a shot.
Thanks so much for your review. Is there any other way to improve rather than getting master? It will take up to 4 yrs...
get into something recognizable and work your way up.
Please leave feedback if you think it will fail 💔🥺
I’d suggest to put the exact technology/tools you used and how you used it at each of your past experiences. I know you already listed these in “Skills” section but anyone can list a bunch of buzzwords there. For example, in your “Enterprise team”, “built an internal application for managing health insurance........”, it’s better if you can tell what language and what other tools you used to build this application. Even tho you might not have built it yourself from scratch, it's still better to list what this application is built with.
- Put technologies on each job. literally each job just write a list of tech you used. - Each bullet point needs to tell some sort of story of efficiency or objective. You did xyz, so what? what impact did it have. Did you improve xyz%? Did you save any money? For example your automation task, how much time did it save? can you estimate a dollar amount from that? - Add technologies similarly to your projects section. - Lose the giant technologies section and instead opt for the above. Giant technology lists are often bullshit and the context above is far more useful. You will still get hit by the crawlers. - Lose the personal interests, respectfully, no one cares. - Your projects are pretty random which is fine, but if you have a specific interest in mind consider swapping projects that are more focused to show specific interest. Overall tip; your resume should try and tell some narrative or story. If you can do this, it will also make your loops easier too. Justify each bullet with impact. If you want more advice feel free to dm and I can help out.

Interested in open source but list 0 contributions? Hope you aren't claiming uploading your school project to github as open sourcing Also comparing to your classmates seems a bit toxic. People shouldn't even list school peojects in the first place.
I can list my open source contributions but it will be 2 pages resume which isn't good. They can easily check my github for that. I just thought that would make me stand out of the crowd?
This guy doesn’t know what he’s talking about
You can submit a blank page with your phone number at Amazon and they'll call you back for phone interview.
Google nowadays hire funny people :)
RIP. I've been under consideration at Amazon for months.
