Hi Robinhoodies I heard from one of my friends, they are high-level manager that there will be layoffs near future. Mostly they want to layoff comfortably settled employees. They have started PIPing employees when there are any small mistakes like creating SEV2s etc. Did any of you faced this? If so, please share your experience. Old news
Let us know if any cubicles around you go empty.
Fulltime WFH, I visited the office, the desks are pretty cramped and very small.
Which office did you go to?
Read a post in blind regarding PIP but no idea on layoffs. 🤞🤞 I hope many hoodies will come open. I am pretty new here.
I heard the office has been empty for almost 2 years. I think everyone got pipped.
How does it feel like being a smartass now, huh?
How was I a smartass. It is blind. Literally troll and memes until something bad actually happens. Go fuck yourself.
@OP do you which is your friend?

Your friend is a higher level manager and your first thought after he tells you something confidential is "I'm gonna spill it on Blind"?
For real! I’d be pissed!
The discussion happened while boozing. And got an offer to join RH as well. So just making sure, it is the right information.
Comfortably settled employees? What does that mean?
Prolly coasters
Or people with a lot of equity vesting soon..
