What’s the design team at Robinhood like? TC for Senior level? #design #ui/ux #robinhood #robinhoodcomp
I’m on pins waiting to see an answer
I was just going to apply there. Eager to see thoughts.
Which team did you interview for?
What about stripe??
It's a great community, design and research is core of RH and the culture is great imo (I'm a non-designer, but working with them and research on regular basis)
How's the PM team? Would you be open to referring? 5 YOE, always been in startups
no offer, was approached by a recruiter so seeing if it’s worth exploring - TC: 170K / 6 YOE
What kind of comp are they offering?
i have no idea, that’s actually what i’m trying to figure out lol
Interviewed with them. Lots of title inflation, comp not worth the jump. Sr UX Designer was around 170 base plus 100k equity, pre-interview. People with 3 YOE are senior there. No managers, just directors from what I gathered. Confusing structure, imo.
100k per year or 4 years?
I interviewed with them just a few weeks ago. Unfortunately, had to pause due to personal reasons, but I didn’t get any real sense of title inflation. Current TC is around 425K, and according to the recruiter was within their band. Oh yeah 10 YOE. I should say if you’re into the total remote thing they’re still planning for hybrid (at least a few weeks ago they still were).
@Verizon - assuming you’re in the Bay Area? Seeing your level of TC blows my mind 😂
Yeah I’m in the Bay Area. I’m very open to leaving but I have family with growing roots. Feel like I’m locked into this rat race here.
I am in the same boat. :( I don't like this overpriced area and the overall vibe, but I can't move because my husband's (ee) job mobility sucks outside of bay area...
Interviewed and and felt that one of the hiring manager was really arrogant. Maybe that’s why that team still hasn’t filled the role yet.
Do you have an offer? Current tc and yoe?
