Robinhood Referral

Recently I have been applying to Robinhood, but I don't get even rejection mail. Feels like my application would be going unnoticed.
On Linkedin I see that many of the Robinhood employees have "We are hiring" in their tag line. So I was hoping if any Robinhood employee would like to refer me.
