I see a lot of criticisms of Robinhood on Blind. Can any current employees tell me their honest account of what it’s like working there? I will ignore every post that is not by a Robinhood employee, even if you say your “friend” works there.

I only started recently, but things seem good so far.
They added company wide wfh policies that vary by department. My manager encourages wfh once a week.
On-call can be hectic depending on the team, especially if working on back-end for investing products.
I feel like I have been given ample time for on-boarding.
Co-workers seem smart and actively think of ways to improve quality and processes.
I got downleveled, so I'd like to get promoted in 1-2 review cycles. Manager seems willing to work with me on that.

Isn't that about the same as G?
Or should it be more since the stock is illiquid?
