When is the next performance cycle? What’s the cutoff for being eligible for performance review and bonus? Wondering if it is better to push to join in April or can wait till May. Current TC 350 YOE 12 Offer TC 500

That is almost L4 pay.
cutoff would be sometime in Q4, bonus is prorated if less than a year of tenure before perf jw what level/role is this?
