What are the chances the RTO gets pushed back, seems like a lot of companies are pushing it further with the omnicron?

    Roblox RTO is the soonest from anywhere I’ve interviewed. IMO it’s not a good thing to be the first to RTO, especially with the unknowns around omicron.

    Their ‘butts-in-seats’ approach to RTO and work in general leaves a lot to be desired w.r.t. flexible work hours as well.

    I think most people would prefer a more cautious approach

    It’s looking like a zero percent chance right now. They even brought in a doctor to push the agenda that Omicron is nothing to worry about.

    Roblox leaders are going the wrong direction and telling people to RTO. Meanwhile, tech companies like Apple and Google are extending WFH and giving more expenses.

    This WFH experiment has made people realize just how much of their time and money is wasted on commuting, looking for meeting rooms, and moving around personal time just to make these rigid schedules work.

    If not for the pre IPO money, there would be mass exodus.

    Roblox leadership is so desperate to force people back into the office that they brought in a doctor to present to Roblox employees. The doctor they brought in shared some information that contradicted CDC guidance ... If your employer is bringing in a doctor to promote their agenda for their own personal gain of having people in the office, you should be very concerned. Roblox leadership is delusional and continuously refuses to admit when they're wrong or make mistakes.
