Not sure what you mean. Could you elaborate?
I didn't start recently, but I didn't think the interview was too bad.
Roblox for sure. Get a shot at that IPO
I don’t think interns get equity
If he gets a new grad offer he probably will
OP what do you want to learn? You’ll make most impact at Roblox
For me I'm hoping to avoid anything that isn't internal tools or DevOps - most of my prior experience is in those areas and I'd love to try something else. I'm most interested in infrastructure and distributed systems at the moment.
Roblox is a gaming platform so we've got a huge range of roles. I've heard rumors that Uber infra has some engineering issues.
Those of you suggesting Uber, could you explain why Uber?
Regardless of which company you choose to go, focus on being surrounded by smart people and working with something you like. You have great choices, choose a culture that you like and an industry you see growing over the next 10 years You don't make the biggest portion of your life's money now. But the opportunities to do challenging things and receive coaching will definitely be much more impactful at this point for your career
I'm of course biased, but all these companies will have similar total comp after graduation, they will all have challenges and good people. Go for the culture I'm a long time gamer and I love to play a game or two during the work day with my teammates for example. Coming from a bank life, it's a much better experience for me personally

What are the offers?
Updated with intern offer details. Personally the compensation for the internship doesn't matter too much to me.
