Got a soft offer for IC5 at $250k base, $1m RSU over 4 years. I’m considering relocating from East coast, have a PhD from a top school but not in CS.
I have no other offers, this move was unexpected. After exec round, the recruiter told me feedback from interviewers was “very positive”. What leverage do I have, if any? What should I aim for?
