      It’s a little strange to be calling the refreshes stingy when any refresh that anyone has ever received has been in terms of options and was probably worth half a million for each single refresh even at lower IC levels.

      ^ I agree for the most part but the very last refresh before DPO wouldn’t be worth that for lower IC levels. But any refresh prior, most definitely
