I recently got an offer from pwc for an experienced associate role. My joining date is next week and unfortunately I lost my Ead so I’m unable to join the company. Does the company provides the flexibility to push back the date after 3 months once I get my new EAD card. How do you I convince my HR to push back the date?
I’m in a rough situation and I don’t want the offer to be revoked. Your help will be much appreciated 😊

I would believe a scan should be good enough. Are they asking you to send them the original through mail given that everyone is remote? If yes, that’s strange.
You can try asking them to accept the scanned copy until you get the original?
