That’s a great area. Nice feeder schools (Duke, UNC, NC State, Va Tech, Wake Forest) plus only 4 hour drive to the DC area.

I was looking at the area, you can buy mini mansions at sub 500k basically stone throw distance from the rumoured apple campus.
