Rush a Competing Offer

Hi!

I got an offer from company A and waiting to hear back from the On-sites of company B. Should I tell company B I got an offer already?
Company B is FAANG and company A is not but compensation is decent. Base 90k, Sign on 20k, stocks 60k

I'm just wondering if that offer would make me more appealing to B or the contrary.

    Yes. You would want to tell them anyways later on (to leverage to get the best offer). But in this case I would just reach out to the recruiter and ask for a timeline and mention you have a pending offer so youโ€™re hoping to get feedback soon.

    You said you are waiting to hear back bout on-site, so you are not sure you will get offer. You should only tell them you have an offer if you know you will be given one, or else itโ€™s lying.

      Sorry maybe I don't know how to write, I'm not lying, i do have an offer but I'm debating if I should rush company B for an answer by telling them I got an offer elsewhere
