Hi Folks,
Recently got a verbal offer for Lead MTS at Salesforce, 351k TC. I'm a newly promoted Senior SDE, current TC is: 330k (though with the recent stock tank it'll actually probably be lower). I have an onsite with Google (Cloud) tomorrow and one with MS (Azure) next week.
Should I present this offer (once in writing) to my manager to D&S? Should I consider staying if I get a good compete? I like my current manager but he's transitioning to L7, and my team actually currently does not have a manager (I've kinda been filling in for that recently, and am nervous of the potential replacement). Team is actually in a rough spot with recent attrition and I feel bad for even looking myself.
I started looking for a new job after working an average of 65 hours a week grinding for my promotion and got burnt out, I'm excited about the potential increase in W/L Balance at Salesforce. I also decided I want to transition to SDM soon (current manager said I had to wait a year before starting the transition). What do? (Also tips on negotiation would be appreciated)

Also thanks for the tip on the 385k. I'll see if I get a Google offer that I can use to counter.
Edit: was able to get them up to 363k without a counter offer (still waiting for google). Thanks for the tip!
