PM job application process help please

I’m preparing for PM interviews. I brushed up resume got it reviewed by couple of PMs. I add keywords in my resume to match JD without fudging my experience. Each time I applied to Workday and Microsoft (through referral) I received rejection either almost within a week or 2. I connected with a PM at WD and told that they review every resume that’s submitted and I don’t buy it. Would you please help me by giving tips on how to get past ATS?
