Everyone knows Microsoft pays shit with poor refreshers, but it is still one of the most successful company.

- they are coin-operated and only driven by TC, then come back to complain about toxic working environments/pip in other companies
- they are low-performers hoping to rest-vest but are being called out
- they moved around so much in the industry they never started to accumulate enough refreshers in the 4-year vesting model to understand what “golden handcuffs” really look like
I’m newer on Blind but I searched the NW polls recently and see that 98% of the people here have lower NW than me, so I stopped listed to everybody on negotiating tips.
