I have last interview with Atlassian where they will discuss around core values of Atlassian followed by Manager round. Any suggestions around how to prepare for this round?

Recently cleared interview there. Read about their 4 core values and come up with a situation from your past experience where you demonstrated the values.

Anything else we should keep in mind apart from core values in behavioral interview questions?

In general just regular behavioral focused stuff. Don't be an jerk, give positive examples. Show that you can learn (whether from missteps or positive experiences.)

One thing that is somewhat Atlassian specific is that this is a very collaboration focused company (both in our products and the way we tend to work, although there will be exceptions on a few teams) so try to avoid very lone wolf/"I went heads down and wrote the whole project myself") sort of examples.

  • It's the "don't be an asshole" check. They'll ask you about how you've handled difficult situations in the past. Show humility and healthy communication skills and you'll be fine.
