possible harrassment?

there is a girl who sits 2 rows in front of me. she is not from my team or org. issue is she stares at me a lot, mostly while eating banana.
she eats banana in super weird way, the tongue, the eyes and whole expression seems very erotic and distracting. i mean who licks a banana while eating it.

being a male what should i do??
should i confront her? or go to HR?
should i take a picture as a proof?
am afraid no one will believe me being harassed as am male.

any suggestion would be appereciated.
