Snap looks compelling. It looks like a bargain at this price though compared to FB. Snap is an 18 billion market cap. FB is 460 billion. Breaking out the parts of FB we can say:
Facebook 220 billion
Messenger 60 billion
Whatsapp 60 billion
Oculus 10 billion
That leaves 110 billion for Instagram. Snapchat is about half the DAUs and Instagram and has higher engagement. So if snapchat is half insta then it should be 55 billion instead of 18. Maybe it should be a little less since Instagram is backed by FB so let's say 40 billion. I think Instagram, messenger, and whatsapp are all too highly valued on this hypothetical but it shows how undervalued Snap is to Facebook.
Also snap compared to twitter 18 billion vs 14 billion. This should be higher imo since Snap has more DAUs and is growing DAUs by over 30% year over year. Plus 15% of twitters user base are bots. And probably most importantly user engagement at twitter is 2 minutes a day vs. 30 minutes a day for snapchat.
That's right. Now I don't think you have any of those stocks, do you?
