SA position on AWS
I would like to apply for an SA position in AWS. I can apply that directly from the aws carrers. is it a good idea or better to go through a referal ?

Employee referral is always better, probably only below recruiter reaching out to you directly.
An AWS SA communicates via writing often. You may want to practice more attention to detail in this aspect if you expect to be a successful candidate.
I see your point. Looks like my initial post was not clear. I will try giving it another shot. There is a career portal by amazon where we can directly apply for the positions. I could directly apply for position through that. My question going it in that route will have any disadvantage over going through a internal employee referral?
