Software developer Base : 116k Annual bonus : 9k Sign on : 7k Stocks : No Is this the average SAP offer for a person with 6 months experience / new grad. Do they give stocks ?
Sounds decent for a new grad
Seems less, annual bonus is based on performance and after tax itβs very little. Base also seems little low, specially for new grad. From what I have seen grads get better offer.
In that case, it depends on how much your bonus can be. Did your recruiter give you any numbers to estimate with?
I was told they only give stocks for director level and above. Have couple of friends working there as well and they didnβt get stocks either. But there is no harm in trying, ask the recruiter for stocks.
The base is on the high end for new grad. They usually give between 105k and 110k base. I don't know anyone who got stocks as a new grad.
You got any 10 percent annual
Stock - they give based on performance, review results in spring. Btw first year manager said that I've joined the team jusr recently so performance will not be evaluated, so keep in mind that it can happen to you as well - got my stock on second year. Plus there are two options - move and own sap, only if manager decided you are good they give you stock, otherwise you just get discount but have to buy it yourself
I would say pretty good pay for a new grad.
