I'm a SWE and I have barely worked with SAP's own technologies even though I work there. Besides having had used HANA for a project, I mostly focus my career trying to work on open source and cloud tech and not proprietary SAP stuff. So far, it worked out for me. Since SAP pays very crappy in the Bay Area, I want to move on. I see companies like Google heavily hiring engineers with ABAP, HANA, or ERP skills. I know a lot of people from SAPsv who left for Google. Do you think those skills will become more relevant or should I skip this? TC: 120k, 4yoe

How to save India from destruction?
SAP is very hot right now. Especially for those that understand how to move it to the cloud.
