Would agree with this. Top banks have acceptances below 5%. Insane competition, view is talent can be trained and groomed, but ultimately replaceable
Not sure about banks but with big 4 I feel like the fact that there is constant promotion opportunities, basically based on tenure & every 2-3 years, deters unions forming. Also professional services industry is just very competitive in nature, and furthermore these professionals, as they go up the ladder, have leverage and can leave for better gig if they want to, hence not much motivation to unionize for fairness of labor I suppose.
